Shoulder
Bust
Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade).
Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.
- Sleeve: Measure from the middle of the back of the neck, out to the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
- Chest/Bust: Measure circumference around the widest part chest/best
- Waist: Measure natural waist where pants sit (think regular rise pants).
- Hips: Stand straight and measure around the largest circumference at hips.
- Inseam: Measure inside seam from crotch to bottom hem.

- Cuello a hombro: Mida desde la mitad del cuello hasta el final del hombro (donde comienza la manga).
- Largo de la manga (A) : Mida desde el centro de la parte posterior del cuello hasta el final del hombro.
- Largo de la manga (B): Mida desde el hombro hasta la muñeca.
- Hombro a hombro: Mida esta longitud de un hombro a otro.
- Pecho: Mida alrededor de la parte más ancha, coloque la cinta debajo de los brazos y asegúrese de que la cinta quede plana en la espalda.
- Largo delantero: Mida desde el punto más alto del hombro hasta el dobladillo deseado.
- Dobladillo: Medir de un lado a otro, pero es imprescindible tomar esta medida por encima de la zona del elástico (si la sudadera tiene alguno).
- Puño de la manga: En el punto más ancho de la muñeca, mida su circunferencia. Deje suficiente espacio para los relojes o las joyas que se usan con frecuencia. Tome esta medida desde arriba del área elástica igual que la medida de longitud del dobladillo.
