Object and Scope

The General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the relationship between Kaotiko SL and its customers (of legal age). They apply to sales of products made by Kaotiko, whether through its website or other means.

General Conditions

All sales will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions, and any void provision will not affect the remaining terms. Additional terms must be accepted in writing.

Total Price

Prices on the website are indicated in euros and include VAT. Kaotiko reserves the right to change prices and offers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by location. In-store pickup is free.

Payment and Shipping Methods

• Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (3 interest-free payments).
• Shipping: Shipping is available to Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, the Canary Islands, and the rest of the world with variable rates. Kaotiko is not responsible for customs duties.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 30 calendar days to return products. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: The customer must communicate their withdrawal by email and may return products in-store or by post.
• Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Personalized, perishable, or unsealed products for hygiene reasons cannot be withdrawn.

Guarantee of Conformity

Kaotiko will be liable for any non-conformity of its products for two years. If the defect becomes apparent within the first six months, it is assumed to have already existed at the time of delivery.

Claims

Complaints must be submitted by email or in writing to the customer service address.

Legislation and Competent Courts

The contract is subject to Spanish law, and the consumer courts will have jurisdiction.

Online Dispute Resolution Platform

If a complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, the customer can submit the complaint to the online dispute resolution platform.
